How to Get My Event Listed
Working Equitation Florida is building a central calendar for shows, clinics, schooling days, educational opportunities, meetings, and other events that support the Working Equitation community in Florida.
At this time, event submissions are reviewed manually before they are published. This helps us confirm membership status, maintain calendar quality, and make sure each listing includes complete and accurate information.
Who can submit an event:
Event listings are intended for Working Equitation Florida members, approved organizers, hosts, clubs, and partners offering relevant events for the Florida Working Equitation community.
Events we may list:
- Shows and competitions
- Clinics and educational events
- Schooling days and practice opportunities
- Judge, steward, or organizer education
- Club meetings and volunteer opportunities
- Other approved Working Equitation-related events
Before you submit
Please have the following ready:
- Event title
- Date and start time
- Location or facility name
Organizer or contact name - Email address and/or phone number
- Short event description
- Registration link or website, if applicable
- Event flyer or image, if available
What happens next
After you submit your event, our team will review the listing, verify eligibility, and publish approved events to the calendar. Please allow a little time for review, especially during busy periods.
