Be part of the beginning

Working Equitation Florida invites businesses, barns, horse professionals, and supporters to help make this first Teaching Working Equitation clinic a success. Led by Tiago Ernesto, this October clinic is the inaugural event in the WEFL Signature Series: Train the Trainers. It brings together riders, auditors, trainers, and barn owners for a serious educational weekend — and begins a larger effort to build capable Working Equitation educators, quality events, and a stronger statewide community.

Sponsorships begin at $250. A business may sponsor a complete clinic need, or several businesses may join together in $250 increments to underwrite one part of the event. Cash and approved in-kind support are both welcome.

Who you reach

  • 107 current WEFL members statewide, including 62 Founding Charter Members

  • More than 1,800 Facebook followers

  • More than 4,100 website visitors in the most recent 90-day period

  • A growing email audience of horse owners, riders, trainers, and supporters

  • Approximately 50–75 riders, auditors, volunteers, and attendees across the clinic weekend

  • An expanding calendar of roughly 10–20 named or partner events across 2026–2027

  • Professional photography and video that keep sponsor recognition visible after the event

Working Equitation is gaining momentum nationally and internationally — in 2026 the first official U.S. Working Equitation team competes at the WAWE World Championships in Spain. WEFL is building on that momentum in Florida through education, clinics, recognized competition, and community.

Sponsorship opportunities

Presenting Clinic Sponsor — $1,500

  • Saturday Lunch Partner — $750

(one full sponsor, or up to three $250 shared sponsors)

Helps provide Saturday lunch for riders, auditors, clinicians, volunteers, and event staff. • Clinic Supporter — $250 (multiple available)
A simple, meaningful way to support the clinic without taking a full named position. Name and/or logo on clinic signage as space permits, name and link on the WEFL sponsor page, inclusion in a supporter thank-you post, recognition in selected clinic emails, and the opportunity to provide approved promotional materials, coupons, samples, or prizes.

Vendor booths

A 10 x 10 ft vendor space is included with sponsorship at any level. Booth space is also available on its own for $50 for the weekend — no advertising placement included, but you're welcome on the grounds to offer products and services to attendees. Space is limited and location is assigned by WEFL. Food and beverage sales are not permitted, as on-site concessions are handled by the venue.

Deadlines

To be included on printed signage and physical materials at Jacksonville Equestrian Center, please confirm your sponsorship and send your high-resolution logo, business name, website link, and any approved copy by Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Sponsorships are welcome through September 30, 2026. Sponsors confirmed after September 20 receive digital recognition and post-clinic acknowledgment, but printed on-site signage and physical placement cannot be guaranteed.

This clinic launches something larger

The October clinic is the inaugural event in the WEFL Signature Series: Train the Trainers — an 18-month program focused on developing Working Equitation educators across Florida, taking a competent horse professional and helping them become someone who can develop a horse through the four trials, teach a student to do the same, and run a legitimate Working Equitation program at their barn. WEFL is also building its 2027 Recognized Show Series and expanded statewide event infrastructure. Businesses supporting this clinic get an early opportunity to discuss limited 2027 partnership positions before they're promoted more broadly.
