DESCRIPTION:Behind the Bell™ participants meet live once a month\, and this is our first one. \nThis session opens Module 1 with special guest Amy Star\, USAWE “S” Judge. Amy will walk through how a Working Equitation competition is actually built and actually scored — from the judge’s chair\, the technical delegate’s clipboard\, the scribe’s seat\, and the show office. Bring the question you were too embarrassed to ask ringside. \nTwo hours\, discussion-based\, and recorded for anyone who cannot attend live. \nWho can attend: This session is for enrolled Behind the Bell™ participants. The join link is posted in Ringside\, the private participant dashboard. \nNot enrolled yet? Behind the Bell™ is our year-long officiating education program — twelve self-paced modules\, monthly live mentorship\, a private discussion forum\, and in-person practicum opportunities.
